Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive in multiple packages.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Tracking & Notifications
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our track your order page.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, E-cosmartshop will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with E-cosmartshop via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at email@example.com. The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
Please note: Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible and to continue to offer FREE SHIPPING all over the world. Please allow up to 32 days for delivery before considering cancelling your order.
Our products will be shipped from United States, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Europe through E Packet or local Courier. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
According to the USPS, the maximum length of a package can only be 24”, while the total height and thickness of the package cannot be more than 36” and the order value must be less than $400.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The delivery time for shipping may vary based on the customs, holidays, and other unforeseen delays. But the Carrier will be consistent most of the times on delivery times, excepting certain circumstances out of its control.
Please allow for a maximum of 1-2 additional days on some occasions to receive your order, depending on the circumstances commented on the shipment processing time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 to 72 hours.
This link will direct you to the tracking website, where you will be able to follow your order all the time.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
https://e-cosmartshop.com/ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All parcels go through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
