Q-How are you responding to COVID-19?
A-While E-cosmartshop remains open and is shipping all orders daily, we are making the recommended changes in an effort to help slow community spread. Effective immediately, our entire team will be working from home with the only exception for those that are helping to ship daily orders, to help reduce social contact.
In addition, we are conducting all of the recommended sanitary requirements, including:
-Increasing office and warehouse sanitation, especially in high touch areas
-Regular hand washing upon arriving to work and between activities and contact
-Closely monitoring any signs of symptoms from team members and encouraging working from home as needed
Moments like this create an opportunity to help each other. This is a great time to call your extended family, reach out to old friends, and offer to help those in need. Maybe you have an elderly neighbor that is terrified, and would really appreciate a needed errand. This is also a great time to buy some gift cards to your favorite restaurants. Q-What is E-cosmartshop?
A-It’s not so much what is E-cosmartshop, but who? And the answer? E-cosmartshop is a community of dreamers, doers, and changemakers who want to see a future that celebrates a healthy planet, and a healthy economy–not one or the other. E-cosmartshop is you, us, and our sustainable brand partners we’re proud to call our community. Simply put, we’re a bunch of earth-loving folks who are focused on making sustainability simple.We do this by highlighting brands that are creating new norms for ethical consumption. As a growing team, we work closely together to move, shake, and hustle our way to making the planet a better place. We believe that in order to make a difference in the world, we need to change the way we consume. By bringing our customers better products that were made with the planet’s best interest in mind, we are enabling people to use their purchasing power to vote for the future of our earth.
Q:How do you decide what products are sold on E-cosmartshop?
A:We don’t choose. The planet does! Well sort of . . .
We do our homework to research materials and ingredients that sustain and give back to our planet–rather than take from it. Then, we find the kick-ass companies that are utilizing modern technologies to turn these sustainable materials and ingredients into seriously awesome products. Then we vet them, and vet them again, and ask 1,000,001 questions before finally adding those products to our site.
Orders & Payments
Q- What methods of payment do you accept?
A-The E-cosmart Shop accepts credit and debit cards from Visa and Mastercard,Amex,Maestro,Shop Pay,Apple Pay,Google Pay and PayPal.
Q: I ordered and paid for an item which has not arrived with the rest of my order. What do I do?
A: If for any reason the Warehouse Team discovers that an item you ordered and paid for is no longer available on the shelves, the Customer Care Team will contact you to tell you when the new stock is arriving, update you on a stock delay and/or arrange a refund. If you have not heard anything, please drop us an email.
Q: Why hasn’t my order arrived?

Q: Do you do gift cards?
A: We currently offer e-gift cards through the E-cosmartshop. You will need to choose the amount you wish to give; the name and email address of the recipient; and the date you would like the gift card to arrive. The recipient’s gift card will include simple instructions on how it can be redeemed on the E-cosmartshop.
Q: Is my order secure?
A: All of your transactions on the E-cosmartshop are secure. Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information (including name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read as the information travels
over the internet. When you enter this information it is captured on a page that uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol by default. So rest assured, your order is safe with us.
Q-Can i change my order after placing it?
A-We try to process orders as soon as possible, so orders can’t be altered once they’re completed.Please contact us with any urgent needs at Sales@e-cosmartshop.com
Q-How long does it take to process my order?
A-Because we work with many different sustainable suppliers, products have various processing times from 2 to 6 days. Please note the shipping information for individual products on the product, cart or checkout pages.
Q-How can i track my order?
A-When you buy something from E-cosmartshop, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking information and also. you can track your order from our Track Order link on the home
Q-Do you offer bulk orders?
A-Yes we do offer bulk orders under request,please drop us an email enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q-What if i don't receive my parcel?
A-All of our parcels are tracked but sometimes it happens that a package is lost,in this case if 60 days has passed since you received the shipment confirmation and you didn't receive your order,please drop us an email and we will process a refund for you.
Q-How do i cancel an order?
A-If you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and if it hasn't already been dispatched then we will issue a refund immediately. You can contact us here.
Q- When can i use my discount?
A- Discounts can be used on any non-sale items.Multiple discounts codes cannot be used at the same time.
Shipping & Returns
Q:What is the return policy?
A:Due to the pandemic,we are extending our return policy from 15 days to 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Q-How long does delivery take?
A-Our delivery time frame is 12-25 business days,due to the pandemic deliveries are experiencing delays.
Q- I placed 1 order of a few items on your site, but my items came in more than 1 shipping box, or arrived on separate days. What’s the deal?
A- Good question! Our fulfilment centres contains a good portion of our products – so we’re able to group orders with multiple items into one box and reduce both shipping emissions and packaging materials. However, some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer as it is more sustainable for them to send your package directly to you, instead of first to our fulfilment centre.. Because of this, depending on what items you’re getting, there is a chance your order may arrive in two or more boxes, and on separate dates.!
